All Sales Are Final
Because Graceful Words delivers digital content immediately upon payment — and that content is generated specifically for you — all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds once a eulogy has been generated and delivered.
Exceptions
We understand that circumstances vary, and we’re committed to being fair. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery of your content, or if there are other extenuating circumstances, we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Resolution Timeline
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
